What is the name of the domain?

What is the error number?

Domain is not connect with mail

What is the issue you’re encountering

Since the nameservers are pointed to cloudflare my emails can’t send or receive mails. My mail’s account are titan.hostgator.com

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I receive support the domain’s account who is hostgator.com, so i say this “Please update the MX record in cloudflare. You will have to update it in cloudflare. Since the nameservers are pointing to cloudflare you will have to update there”

As the message says, you don’t have any MX records set…

Add the MX records required by your mail provider in your Cloudflare DNS here…

Also make sure your DNS records for mail, autodiscover and autoconfig are set to “DNS only”.
