Domain is Blocked by Cloudflare

Hey There,

Our Website is using Cloudways Hosting and They Offer Cloudflare AddOn. We enabled it and also updated the DNS.

Domain was showing Not Allowed, we waited but it was not updating. We asked Cloudways Support and they informed us that Domain is Blocked by Cloudways.

Please guide us on why Domain is Blocked, We already using Cloudflare Free for Basic Bot Protection and DNS. We also checked Domains entry if it is Blacklisted but it is not.

We would love to use the Enterprise plan offered by Cloudways :slight_smile:

This is something that Cloudways is going to have to deal with, if it’s blocked in their system there’s nothing Cloudflare can do.
