This usually means there is a billing or technical issue that’s blocking addition of the domain to Shopify (who use Cloudflare). It seems your domain was using Cloudflare until yesterday so you might find it works by going back to Cloudflare nameservers and using the Cloudflare DNS to point at Shopify. Check you don’t have any unpaid invoices.

I raised the support ticket # 01484522 and waiting from Cloudflare to remove the ban on my domain. Can anyone suggest fastest way to reach out to Cloudflare? this issue is impacting my business
