Domain is active, but ping failed, and nslookup return "server can't find xxxx"

dashboard shows that my domain is active， but actully this domain ping failed, and nslookup query result is the following

Are you sure there isn’t a typo in your domain? I don’t see a WHOIS entry for this domain.
