I’m facing some issues with domain app.agrosaojose.com.br. DNS is fully propagated but connection keeps failing from time to time
It returns errors such as ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT and ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
When we try to run traceroute it stops on the same IP range for every ISP we’ve tried so far
I need help looking further into this issue
Should we guess the domain? 
That particular hostname is not proxied, so Cloudflare only provide DNS and if the connection does not work there might be a routing issue. You need to talk to your ISP.

The server is up - sitemeer.com/#e87cb6975894869bc00a3310e16cd72304ae410c - but if you get a connection error, you either have a firewall in place or a routing issue.
