The main error is that the domain is in the redemption stage and we cannot renew it ourselves… support are just linking an article about re-adding the zone which doesn’t help in the slightest. Because the name servers have disappeared so the zone won’t add back in.,…

Please can this be re-escelated as the last response we had was as mentioned, an automated template response…
