after i check my email health for my emailing domain on mxhealth, it’s showing that
there is no PTR record.
“Reverse DNS Resolution - No PTR Record found”
I searched about it on chatGPT and apparently it is important, and can result in bad email reputation and eventually blocklisted or turned into spam.
also what to do with the http error also?
Welcome to the Cloudflare Community. 
Unless you have been allocated the entire netblock and have the corresponding in-addr.arpa child zone delegated to you, you cannot set one from within Cloudflare. PTR records will need to be set by the host ho assigned your mailserver IP.
