Assuming that is .com, then you seem to have enabled Cloudflare email forwarding, rather than adding the MX records for your Namecheap mail to your Cloudflare DNS (assuming you aren’t using the email forwarding).

Also make sure your mail subdomain is set to “DNS only” and not “Proxied”.

I’ve made some changes to the best of my abilities but still unable to resolve the issue.
Could you clarify what your overall goal is?
Do you want to use the email service that’s offered by Namecheap or do you want to use the email service that’s offered by Cloudflare?
The latter supports only forwarding of incoming emails to a different email address like Gmail or Yahoo. It does not have the ability to send outbound emails:
