Domain has been suspected of phishing or malware without evidence

How to fix this? i already request review and it has been 3 month after i clicked request review

Our trust and safety team is pretty open about this.
You can enter each of your zones, and in the Overview, you have the indication about the full URLs/paths that are causing the issue, and a button to request review after the issue has been fixed in your end.

As for the lack of evidence, this is a manual task performed on their end, meaning they actually browsed to the pages that where flagged before marking them as phishing/malware.

Unfortunately at this point there’s not much that can be done on our end. If you already fixed the issues, you should press the request review and wait for them(T&S) to go back to it and verify.
