SSL handshake failed

What is the issue you’re encountering

Hosting provider has given me CNAME record that Cloudflare doesnt save correctly

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

My hosting provider has provided a CNAME redirect for the www subdomain that looks like this: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.cloudfront.net.

However, when I save the record in Cloudflare the last punctuation is not saved

What feature, service or problem is this related to?

It is saved, you just don’t see it in the dashboard.

However, it seems the record is currently proxied. You might need to change it to DNS-Only for verification.

Thanks! it’s helped to unproxy it but it hasn’t appeared to solve the 525 error
