Domain "half" transferred

Hi everyone,

I’ve been using Cloudflare for some time nowand succesfully transfered over 25 domain to Cloudflare so far

But I’ve been having problem transferring my latest domain to Cloudflare. It’s a domain originating from route53 (it was bought there) and since I changed the NS on the zone everythign started behaving weirdly. Some resolver still see the old NS, and most people still cant resolve the address (they get a SERVFAIL

What’s the domain?

The domain is shinsekaimarket. io

Your domain is still using Route53 DNS.

shinsekaimarket.io.	3600	IN	NS	ns-1028.awsdns-00.org.
shinsekaimarket.io.	3600	IN	NS	ns-1578.awsdns-05.co.uk.

DNSSEC: signedDelegation

The SERVFAIL is from bad DNSSEC - likely caused by this.

; EDE: 9 (DNSKEY Missing): (no SEP matching the DS found for shinsekaimarket.io.)

Why is that and how can I solve this ?

Ask your registrar - which appears to be https://www.gandi.net

Your nameservers haven’t been changed with them.

In this case we contacted gandi which indeed had to change the NS on their side

Thanks for your help
