I have registered a domain name on Cloudflare. It is not appearing on my account. It may be hijacked. Please solve this proble.

Domain is loading on my browser, resolves to Cloudflare IPs. Seems to be OK from here.

I mean my account is not showing any domain name registered in my domain list…

I am going to do that. It seems that some on has access my account and the email address of my account was changed. So yesterday I was trying to login my account I was getting wrong password error.
