I forwarded my domain but already 24 hours but doesnt work

May I ask if you were transferring your domain name to Cloudflare Registrar?
Or transfering out from Cloudflare Registrar to some other?
Or rather enabled domain/URL forwarding for some particular case via Page Rules?
I bought domain somewhere else and they dont have domain forwarding option. So, they told me to forward through cloudfare.
I used the rules page.
When i access my domain, it says :
This site can’t be reached
Check if there is a typo in www.dante.my.id.
Make sure you have DNS records, as explained in this tutorial

But why if i put my link in instagram website field, can’t work?
