domain.fm is not a registered domain
Domain is registered and active!

I didn’t doubt that these settings are correct.
My question was, if any DNS records (A, AAAA, CNAME and so on) are set for that Domain.
Did you read read the article linked above?
Your domain status also indicates that there are legal issues or a dispute. Contact your registrar about it.
This one is very uncommon and means that the domain is locked and cannot be tranferred to another registrar. I don’t know if this status prevents you from adding it here.

Well, the fundamental problem was that Cloudflare servers were assigned before the domain was actually added.
