voipsafe.com has been removed from your Cloudflare account.

What is the issue you’re encountering

I received a message in my email saying that my domain had been deleted, but no one accessed and made this deletion. It’s as if it were deleted automatically. Has anyone gone through this before?

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I added the domain again to make it work.

In what area can we help you?

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

I will send the error attached.

It looks like you added it back, yes? If so, good. I am not sure, but it looks like the nameservers reverted away from cloudflare, DNS Propagation Checker - Global DNS Testing Tool, that is usually a result of a domain expiration, that does not appear to be the case here, but a change is showing, https://securitytrails.com/domain/voipsafe.com/history/ns

Whois shows nameservers as

Name Server: nspro132.hostgator.com.br
Name Server: nspro133.hostgator.com.br

You should contact your registrar to change them to just the two shown here, https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/dns

Yes, I added it again because the services I had previously added to Cloudflare were unavailable.
I have my domain on HostGator, and it was pointing to Cloudflare’s DNS. However, after this automatic deletion, I reverted it to only use HostGator.
I would like to understand what happened so that it doesn’t happen again.
I use the free plan. Could it be something related to the free license not renewing automatically after a month, which caused the deletion?

Can you elaborate on which services?

Internally from your audit log, I see the domain was added 12/5, nameserver change was never seen and I show it as deleted on 1/2 by you, https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/audit-log.

And, I see you re-added it on 1/3 and nameservers were confirmed the same day.

I looking a public information, https://securitytrails.com/domain/illustrography.co.uk/history/ns I see a nameserver change to cloudflare from 12/6 to12/9, on 12/9 they reverted to hostgator until 1/5 when they changed back to cloudflare.

Only your registrar can say for sure why the nameservers changed to and then away from cloudflare on 12/6 & 12/9. In looking at whois I see there is an ICANN hold

   Domain Status: clientTransferProhibited https://icann.org/epp#clientTransferProhibited

Those holds sometimes cause issues with changes, but that does not explain why the nameservers would change and then change back.

Only your registrar can explain that change as they control the namervers.
