Domain error DNS and Too Many Redirects

Hello, we have been using the domain ammor.com.br for a few years and the day before yesterday, the site suddenly went offline. No changes were made to the domain. We contacted the support team of Tray, the platform where our site is hosted, and they told us that it was a DNS error and that the settings were misconfigured or incorrect. However, no changes had been made to these settings. We redid the necessary Tray settings:

CNAME:

Entry: www

Type: CNAME

Content: 905432.tcdn.com.br

Type A:

Entry: seudominio.com.br or @ (without WWW)

Type: A

Content: 177.67.112.238

However, the domain continues to show the same error and is not recognized in Tray. The propagation time has passed since the changes were made yesterday. When we try to access the site, the first error that appears is TOO MANY REDIRECTS and in a few seconds, the page refreshes itself and the error changes to DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN.

In another contact with Tray, they said:
“if the setting is on ‘Proxy’ in Cloudflare, it will not propagate. The correct way is to use the ‘Only DNS’ option for the settings to propagate correctly.”
But as I mentioned, no modifications were made during that period. I don’t know what to do anymore; we are desperate. If you can help us in any way, we would be immensely grateful.

If the site was using Cloudflare nameservers, it isn’t now. A change was made at the registrar yesterday.
