I need some help with my email deliveribility. Currently we are using GoDaddy as domain provider and Cloudflare as namserver. But when I send email with my domain, all the emails was went to spam box (mainly using Gmail). SPF and DKIM records was fine, but we were advised that some Domain IP was blocklisted by 3rd party. How do we resolve this?

I tried to contact ESP, and GoDaddy, but they advise me to go here to resolve
