What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

We noticed our plan is ‘downgraded’ to the free plan.
When we want to check the waf settings we see ‘Upgrade to Pro’.
But when checking the billing/payment information on our account it shows us the last invoice was padi on may
25, 2024, invoice: CFUSA9448846

Already opened a prio 1 supportticket yesterday, but no response yet.
