"Domain does not belong to the user" error when trying to enable DNSSEC

Hello.

I’ve successfully added my subdomain to Cloudflare and the DNS works great. I now wish to enable DNSSEC (my registrar supports it 100%), but the website is giving me the “Domain doesn’t belong to the user (Code: 10000)” error.

Any clues to what I’m doing wrong?

Most commonly, DNSSEC is enabled on the primary zone. You are adding it to the subdomain zone. Have you followed these? These guide be of help:
