Domain DNS

Hi, may I know what is the issue for this message ?

As I can see the Domain is with us but not the DNS. The DNS is with the Cloudflare provider. As they are the DNS they only have access to update the records. Please access the below link and take a full screenshot of that page and share it with them they will update it for you.

Sounds like the service provider points the domain owner to make some changes at their Cloudflare dashboard for the domain.

I am not aware what is the link and if it is secure or some malicious one to catch your credentials, etc.

Rather, let them give you the instructions on how to update those settings yourself, if you’re the owner. Therefrom, you can use Cloudflare Tutorials for help, if needed, or write back here.
