I have been opening support tickets since January 17th and have not received any response.
I need them to change the DNS servers for the glo.boo domain so that it can work.
I am currently unable to use my domain due to this DNS lock imposed by Cloudflare.
If they do not resolve the problem, I will contact the credit card company and request a refund!

Don’t create so many tickets, it slows things down for everyone.
You cannot change the nameservers of a domain registered with Cloudflare Registrar, this is mentioned at the time of purchase. Use the Cloudflare DNS to point at your hosting using A/AAAA/CNAME records.

If I can’t manage my domain, then it’s not mine!
I’m going to inform my credit card company and ask them to block the payment to Cloudflare!

You are clearly told about the nameserver restriction at purchase, as here…
Domain purchases are final and not refundable. Which you are also told at the time of purchase.
Cloudflare should be investigated by ICANN and de-accredited.
Cloudflare doesn’t even care about its terrible reputation on Trust Pilot!!!
