Your DNS record is proxied so your domain resolves to Cloudflare IP addresses…

Thank you very much for your quick response.

Sorry, I am not a tech guy.

My new site provider told me my problem is not pointing correctly to IP address 43.128.88.176, where the new site connects.

Please help me to make sure the DNA A record points to that address with “@”, “WWW”, and “*”.

The other domain setting did not have a problem, and this one looks funny. https://smartbusinessbuilders.com.au/

As mentioned, the record is proxied so returns Cloudflare IP addresses. If you want to see the record as entered, then you need to switch the record to “DNS only” instead of “Proxied”. Note that then requests will go direct to your host and not pass through Cloudflare so no Cloudflare protections or features will be applied to your traffic.

Thanks again!

I just switched the domain from Proxied to “DNSo only” and will check it with my website host and provider.

But, the interesting point is that the other domain has the same " Proxied" setup and does not have any problems. https://smartbusinessbuilders.com.au/

Please tell me why.

Now, I saw the error message as follows, and I will double-check with them:

Your connection is not private

net::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID

It won’t be showing the IP address of your origin publicly then as it returns proxied IP addresses as your new site did. Are you sure the proxied record is the “problem”?

That site also has 2 SPF records so you should fix that…
