Hi, this is probably in the wrong place but reaching out as I’m at wits end.
I have a domain provisioned by Cloudflare via Apple iCloud + for past year.
Unknown to me when creating this, Apple used an old alias email which I don’t use and therefore received no billing emails.
I stopped getting emails on 23rd.
Identified that recurring billing was disabled, so updated and paid for 3 years.
Went to change email address but as account was Apple ID authenticated, I don’t have a password.
Added another email I use as admin, then found password reset and did this for the original email.
Went back in to swap emails, can’t as already exists, so I deleted it and now no accounts are recognised, and my domain appears not to be registered.
I’ve raised a ticket and have no way to escalate as essentially on free plan.
If anyone can help, please do, I’m emailess from my main email account and no way to resolve.
