What is the issue you’re encountering

I’m not able to access my domain as it is on an old account that I can’t access my emails to and can’t remember the password or email

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Tried all available accounts. Asked support but no help for over 3 weeks now

If so and you still can’t access your account you will need to create a new account and add your domain to that. You will be given 2 new Cloudflare nameservers that you will need to set at your domain registrar to make your domain active in the new account.

How do I connect it to my new account as I have one that I have access to. Not sure how to transfer it to this one though

Create a new account and add it just as you did before…

Once the domain is active in the new account, it will be de-activated in the old account, and eventually deleted.

Make sure you have all the required DNS records to point and your web and mail hosts in hand.
