Domain Cloudflare / Openprovider to Hostinger

I had a domain “hypnoseandcare.fr” and according to WHOIS, the DNS are managed in Cloudflare and the provider of the domain is OPEN PROVIDER…
I want to transfer the domain to HOSTINGER, I have the NS configurations but I don’t know where should I change the NS configurations?
