Domain category

I also have the same issue for this domain. artroute.capetown is blocked by 1.1.1.3 and incorrectly categorised as Malware. I’ve submit a re-categorisation request a few times and this is not being resolved or the request is simply ignored.

How do I escalate this? I want to have this sorted out before upgrading from Free plan to Pro.

Any assistance to get this re-categorise will be much appreciated.

I’m not sure what this has to do with which plan you’re on.

But I do know those requests are usually processed in batches. How long ago did you submit the request?

Hi @sdayman, to pay for a service when certain traffic will never reach your domain is a waste of money for me.

So when the URL is correctly categorised then I will upgrade to a service that is able to service the entire web.

I submitted a reclassification in November and December 2021 and again today.

Is there no one that can look into the status of the progress?

I didn’t realize it was your domain.

Even at the free level, and regardless of whose website it is, it deserves to be properly categorized.

Can you open a ticket via email and have them see what’s going on with your request(s)? support AT cloudflare DOT com

Hi @sdayman, thank you for your assistance. I will report the matter now and provide the ticket details soon.

@sdayman I have an issues. I sent a message and got a bounce back.

“The response was:
Your email to group support @ Cloudflare. com was rejected due to spam classification. The owner of the group can choose to enable message moderation instead of bouncing these emails. More information can be found here: https://support.google.com/a/answer/168383.”

Can you please advise what now?

Try the old-fashioned way, the Support menu from the top of dash.cloudflare.com
Support → Contact Support → Get more help → Select the affected domain.
