Domain Can't be to Access

I have set nameserver cloudflare to my domain dlannonplumbing.com but the domain still can’t be to access

https://dlannonplumbing.com/ redirects to https://www.dlannonplumbing.com/, but you do not have any records for the www name.

Either disable the redirect or add records for the name www as well.
