Domain cannot be resolved/pinged for some internet providers

Hi community,

my domain flightsearch.app is registered via GoDaddy and points to Cloudflare Nameservers. Since yesterday many users report issues to connect to the website. This affects two major internet providers in Austria: A1 and Drei.

Ping is negative, while other customers can access with no issues.

Any advice? Is this an ISP problem? But would be a coincidence if two different providers are affected at the same time.

Your issue could be related to:

Website in proxied mode not reachable in Leipzig/Germany

our site livevoiceDOTio (DNS record “livevoiceDOTio” (CNAME) → “web01DOTlivevoiceDOTio”) is not reachable in Germany/Leipzig currently when proxy mode is active. disabling proxy mode, it now works again. “dig livevoiceDOTio” resolves in Leipzig to 188.114.97.12 and 188.114.96.12 currently when proxy mode is enabled.

Even though the thread title suggests this only happens in Leipzig/Germany.
There are already 2 reports of similar issues in Vienna/Austria.

Do you have proxy mode enabled for your website?

Yes, proxy mode is on. I will try without. Thanks a lot for the hint. Seems to be exactly the same issue.
