Cloudflare Registrar only supports certain TLDs. You can see the current list at TLD Policies
.CL is not on the list yet. Most country TLDs are not supported yet, with just a few like .UK and .US recently added.
You can continue using Cloudflare as your DNS provider but you’ll have to continue renewing your domain through your existing registrar (or transfer to another registrar) until Cloudflare Registrar adds support for the TLD. So check back periodically and maybe they will.
