Domain bought from Cloudflare Registrar not listed on the "Manage Domains" page

I’ve bought a new domain several days ago, but it is not showing up on the “Manage Domains” page

What is the domain? Are you sure you are in the correct account?

Thanks for the prompt response, it looks like Cloudflare charged me for the domain, but the purchase did not happen and domain is still available for purchase.

  1. Domain is node-ex.xyz . Based on Cloudflare Registrar and https://who.is/, its still available for puschase.
  2. I have access to multiple Cloudflare accounts, but this domain is not listed on any of them. I am sure I’ve bought it from the one I authored this topic though
  3. On the day I was buying the domain, I was not able to buy it on the first try, but only after trying multiple times (I got an error 1 or 2 times before succeeding)
  4. My credit card was charged with the cost of the domain - so I consider it successfully bought. The invoice ID contains the name of the domain (…-node-ex.xyz-payment_intent). Got the email regarding the charge on Jun 6, 2024, 10:28 PM CEST .

If you were charged but the domain wasn’t actually registered, you will need to create a Registrar support ticket. The community can’t help with such issues.
