Domain blocked when trying to connect to HubSpot

What is the issue you’re encountering

HubSpot shows this error when tying to connect the domain: This domain is blocked by Cloudflare. We’re unable to issue an SSL certificate.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Already contacted [email protected] in two different occasions, One on the 18th Dec 2024 and another one on 6th Jan 2025.
Also created a ticket #01337301, they asked to reach abuse email, we mentioned that we already did this, but there hasn’t been a reply yet.

While the Trust and Safety team reviewed the details of your report, that may be the only reply you receive. The Community nor Support can assist as we do not have visibility into the T&S systems.

Thank you for your reply. We have confirmed but have not received any confirmation email. Is there any other email address or process we could follow to reach Trust & Safety? It will be almost a month from the first reach out attempt. Thank you again for the help.
