Hi everyone,

I’m experiencing a major issue with my domain wolfscar.com. I purchased the domain from GoDaddy and recently linked it to my Shopify site, only to find that Cloudflare has blocked it due to unresolved issues from a previous owner.

I’ve reached out to Cloudflare support multiple times but haven’t received any response. This situation is causing significant disruptions to my business and considerable personal distress.

Has anyone experienced something similar or found a way to resolve such issues? Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

I have tried my best to contact Cloudflare, but there is no available support to reach their team. I have been emailing them for the past 10 days, yet no one has responded. This issue has caused me significant mental distress. I kindly request anyone who can share a direct contact or help me get in touch with them to do so. Your support would be greatly appreciated.

You need to create a case with Support, cases cannot be opened via email.

Customers on every plan type can open account, billing and registrar cases. Login, select Support and depending up on what your dropdown shows, select contact cloudflare or Support (depending upon which option you see). On the form, select Billing, complete the form

At the bottom, select add more details

Add the additional details and select Submit Case.

Account, Billing, Registrar and trust & safety issues are the only four areas where the Community cannot assist.
