What is the name of the domain?

ankdev.com.au

What is the issue you’re encountering

Domain name is being purged every few months. Deleting all the DNS records and removing the website.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Added the domain name again.
It never seems to go ‘active’ and just stays on ‘pending nameserver update’.
The DNS queries to resolve fine.

In the Audit Logs I can see this:
Action = Purge
User IP Address:::1
Resource:zone

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Add domain name
Wait a few months
It’ll purge automatically - last time was in October and was the 2nd time.

You have a typo in one of the nameservers:

It’s Carlane, not Carlene.
