This week I received a charge on my credit card for the auto-renew of my domain on Cloudfare Registar. The problem is that previously the expire date was set for 2022 and after the charge a new year wasn’t added (the expiry date was kept as 2022).
Is there anyway I can confirm if an error occurred?
You can check a whois for your domain to ensure that the renewal was processed, in addition you can send a ticket to the Cloudflare team from within your dashboard to double-check the renewal status.
