2 of my domains will not be re-added to cloudflare after randomly being removed a while back, the nameservers haven’t changed and still aren’t different then the ones provided.

Unfortunately your domains stopped working because all of .ga was taken away from Freenom and, as I understand it, wiped out. See this thread:
