Does workers wrangler not work with Windows??

Considering it mentions “or Program Files for windows” at GitHub - cloudflare/wrangler-legacy: 🤠 Home to Wrangler v1 (deprecated), I’d presume it should work as well.

cargo install wranger works on Windows with rustup and on both the msvc and gnu toolchains.
