Does "Top Traffic Countries" include blocked requests?

On the Analytics >> Traffic page, under the “Top Traffic Countries” we are seeing requests from countries that we have set to block.

For example, we have a WAF rule to DENY country “XX” (e.g. ip.geoip.country eq "XX"), but we still see requests from “XX” under “Top Traffic Countries”.

Does the “Top Traffic Countries” section include blocked requests?
