Portal never logs me out

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Wipe my browser’s entire stored data

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

  1. Log into the portal
  2. Leave the tab open for a day or two, or close it for a while, and then re-open the tab
  3. Still logged in

This seems like a very odd thing. Does the portal ever log you out for inactivity? I’m surprised that Cloudflare, of all places, would have this sort of behavior. Although it’s really unlikely an “evil maid” attack would happen in my house if I forget to lock my computer, or log out from Cloudflare, but, still. It doesn’t quite “feel” right, even though I obviously trust the company to know exactly what they’re doing, I just don’t see why.

I believe the session length is 24 hours, but have never tested it and if you’re never being logged out then my assumption is way wrong.

Well, I manually logged myself out this morning, so it’s at least that long. I find that worrying. Even my credit union closes the session after 5 minutes.
