Does the IP 172.67.179.49 belong to CloudFlare?

We are getting reports of IP accessing the website used by Cloudflare. However, the reported IP address 172.67.179.49 doesn’t seem to be listed in one of Cloudflare’s IP addresses listed here:

The reverse lookup does report that Cloudflare owns this IP address but I’d like some confirmation and is not some kind of clever phishing trick.
