I have set some page rules and also have Cloudflare APO enabled on my website. If I select Cache level - Standard on a page rule domain/*, will my pages HTML cache? As I have enabled APO, which should cache HTML.
Ex- TheLeaker rules are set to standard cache while one of my article Cloud TV rules is set to cache level no query cache then will APO bypass HTML cache, or it caches it?

To answer your question APO will cache html pages with Cache level: Standard. You don’t need a page rule for that, it’s a default setting.
