Regarding Railgun, unfortunately, it is indeed not available on our new hosting packages and we are not planning to add it due to certain security concerns.

Registration and Railgun are not related.

Railgun always needs software running on your server. It’s what you need to link your website to the Cloudflare end of Railgun.
