I feel like this is a basic question, but I can’t find the answer anywhere. If we are using the flexible SSL option for our domains, do the certificates auto renew? For example, we have added several of our domains to Cloudflare and are using the flexible SSL option to make them https. In the browser when you browse to the site and check the cert, it says it expires 2/22/19. Will it auto renew or will we need to request a new cert at that time? Thanks!
Thankfully CF SSL is a “free forever” SSL solution, so the Flexible/Universal SSL will automatically renew up to a few months before the certificate expires, and the renewed certificate will immediately replace the old one without any action required from you.
