Does Firewall work with Just-DNS and Cached?

Hello there,

just wondering. I haven’t found info about that.
If I setup firewall rules … does that apply to the cached dns entries or to all the dns entries (cached or not)?.

Hi :slight_smile:
No, in DNS Only (:grey:) mode just DNS will work, nothing else. To make use of all the other Cloudflare features you must proxy (:orange:) the DNS Entry you want to use them on.
