Does Cloudflare tunnel works for 10.0.0.0/16 CIDR of AWS VPC

In Tunnel it shows active state but not able to take session through the private IP . Note Security group and NACL allows all traffic
CIDR ip 10.0.0.0/16
Note other tunnels are working as expected CIDR range is 172.16.0.0/16
