I have ready many articles that Cloudflare usually says its not responsible for DMCA content as they just provide the service and its hosted somewhere else.
Just want to know if the domain was bought from within Cloudflare then will they block/suspend that domain? I have seen sometimes DMCA complainters go to Domain Registrar company or Hosting company to file complaints.
Cloudflare does reverse the right to terminate your domain per the domain registration agreement section 4.3. I would imagine that you would get a warning first, but the process that they would take is not something that the Community would know.
