Does I can use cloudflare protect super bot fight mode → definitely automated in android or ios mobile app and blocking all who want to scraping app data?
Does cloudflare have protect for mobile app or work only for web?

Super Bot Fight Mode works against all types of automated traffic.
There is no specific differentiation between mobile and desktop user agents.
You may need Cloudflare Enterprise (Premium) Support account with Bot Management add-on for very nuanced User Agent capabilities.
