Does Cloudflare have a managed rule that would block 10.0.0.0 - 10.255.255.255
or is traffic from that range assigned a higher threat level?
For those of us who host normal consumer-facing eCommerce websites behind the Cloudflare firewall, is blocking that IP address range a good practice?
I bet CF blocks all forms of IP forgery, including from the 10/8
range which is reserved for private use.

@Judge already summarised it, but just to be absolutely clear. Considering that address range is a private range which cannot be routed over any public network, Cloudflare does not need to block anything, such a request should never reach Cloudflare in the first place.
