Unfortunately not. Cloudflare IPs should not be sending email so most of these blocklists are irrelevant. If someone is blocking websites by IP then that’s not something Cloudflare can change.

I kinda thought that was going to be the answer, but just wanted to be sure.

To be clear though - we are not sending emails from CF IPs. The IP is “considered malicious” (by Microsoft) and that is causing an issue.

It sounds like Microsoft should update how domains are classified. Cloudflare have no control over how blocklists choose to list their IPs.
