Unfortunately, I still can’t access the Live Chat using the instructions in this thread. I’ve been going back and forth with Cloudflare customer support for several days now, and the issue remains unresolved.
It’s concerning to think about the potential panic during a Cloudflare-related outage when there’s no way to reach support for a prompt response. Live Chat used to be easily accessible—we’ve been on the Business plan for a few years—but it seems unusable at the moment.
