I have already sent several tickets on this channel and they do not respond to me.
The only time they responded to me was saying that they would not refund the money. I don’t want the money, I want the service. I paid on the 23rd of last month, my account has been free for more than 15 days, but I was charged. That’s why I come to talk here, and so I’m going to use all possible channels so that someone can solve my problem, which is unacceptable.
One ticket is sufficient. More only slows things down for everyone. If you can share a ticket number here we can request escalation.
